Hoo had fun? We did, last night!
Yes, we answered a rather last minute call from Park Sihoo-ssi’s rascal cats, Jami and Dami yesterday. They re-tweeted a post by K-Lovers Minamihorie TV which was airing a feature of Park Sihoo-ssi’s Dramatic Thanksgiving Festival on their live internet TV channel “Fresh Live TV” last night at 21:00h Japan time!
Not knowing what this was about, at least for international fans who understood no Japanese, we frantically tried to find out more, sharing information among the Park Sihoo-ssi fan network. We downloaded their app in readiness to watch and support, uncertain if we could even watch it “live” in the first place. But we were game! Anything for Park Sihoo-ssi!
Come 21:00h, we were ready…a little technical glitch got us in to the program around 10 minutes later, but the wait paid off.
It was a live talk show featuring different K-stars and their activities. Park Sihoo-ssi was one of those featured and it was all about his Dramatic Thanksgiving Festival, giving a round-up and showing photos of the events in the three cities.
He was the last star featured last night, testing my patience as it was a long hour and a half wait. I was a little bored with the K-pop stars being featured. They just weren’t my cup of tea!
Audience could send live messages via text messages that appeared instantly on the screen. The host, other than talk or interview the stars, also read out the text messages and asked the audience to root for them! And hey, she actually read out two of my messages! We love his dramas and Singapore fan! Yeah!
Unfortunately, the show being in Japanese, many of us non-Japanese fans could not understand a thing! All we knew was to leave text messages on Park Sihoo-ssi. But then, Hoo cares? We all had fun! We left so many messages! And the host was impressed, among other things, by where Park Sihoo-ssi fans hailed from! Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan….international! We certainly planted our flags proudly for Park Sihoo-ssi!
Hoo had fun? We did, didn’t we, sisters? And hopefully we did Park Sihoo-ssi proud too! Hoo Woo!
Hoo Woo!

OH GEES!! For unknown reason I couldn’t sleep til 3.30am or maybe 4 am my time which would be Japanest 2am this morning. If I knew and was able to, I would have text him a message too!! Nance, how THRILLED was that that 2 of your messages got read!! I am thinking if I get to text and if mine got pick up, the host might say she need to check google where is Barossa Valley…..hmm….
That’s my point Chai Hua – besides Barossa, Malaysia, Romania, The Netherlands, France, etc etc also missing from the list ….
I’m sure Nance ,in her messages ,mentioned how many fans form all over the world are supporting him on this blog everyday. And I don’t mind if the host doesn’t know where Romania is.
Aha! Good to know you girls had so much fun last night over you know Hoo! Wish i knew how to part of this fun! This is yet another indication of how his fans from all over the world wherever possible would rally together to give solitary support for this K-Star no matter how short the notice and it’s a wonderful thing for him to know that the rooting never stops, never ends! Cos he has sung Don’t Leave!! ☺️ And yes for K entertainment to know and capitalise on this!
Cheer! Let us all work togethe, teamwork and solidarity….even though Pusheen refuses to co-operate with me toda. Yhat sticker cat just doesn’t want to appear…manybe it’s because it is weekend!
Thank you the sisters and yourself Nance for going out of your way once again to render such impressive support. PSH should be happy his fans crossed the language hurdle not knowing what’s really going on yet stayed up late participated from foreign countries, and sending live messages to show the public he has solid support. Again, is not an easy task when you all know nothing about Japanese, let alone the need to download app etc. Anything technological challenging is always a challenge to us the ajuma fans what more when we don’t even understand one word of Korean or Japanese.
Things might be difficult be with technology and internet, nothing is impossible nowadays. It just takes a little time. Even with language, just use a translator app and you get the gist of it and know what is said. No need to rely on someone else to share that same translation anymore 🙂
While we are in the subject of language hurdle, this thing where so many of us who if not because is for PSH, will never ever do, one example is the total blindness in getting into Korean media Daum or what’s the other one I forgot, now and then, with one link given by a PSH fan, we frantically trying to go direct to Korean media to leave our support message. I have never felt so blind in doing anything in my life whenever I was trying to leave a comment to root for PSH in Korean’s internet. So blind that I saw my own messages disappearing or appearing more than once or whatever silly appearance in places that I am clueless if I have done the right thing. And the confusion of login in, sometimes I come up as bobmydog sometimes I see my own name, sometimes I got to do something else to be allowed to leave a comment and to click like. What a world!! But….I will keep doing this until the day the Korean entertainment industry gives PSH a level playing field.
We do things we never knew we could all out of love! ❤️ I think none of us really thought we could until someone triggered that innate talent of ours or drive us to experiment and experienc!
Wow cute
Great ! Congratulations! Do not hesitate in these cases to talk about france too. Congratulations to have watered them sms. What a formidable help you are for psh; He must be proud of you! Bravo
I knew something was going on, but I didn’t understand a dime of it. So I didn’t take part and missed out on it. Happy so many of you got noticed as PSH’s international fans!
That’s alright. It was very last minute retweet by Jami and Dami and no time for me to share it as I had a very packed work schedule that day…had to rush home in the nick of time to catch thi, not realizing that Park Sihoo-Si’s segment would be one hour later!
Hoo had fun? It’s wondeful that not only Hoo had fun, last night , but also a lot of his fans all over the world. And those lucky who could watch the Japanese channel, “Fresh Live TV”, featuring PSH’s”Dramatic Thanksgiving Festival” in Japan, were indeed very happy. And those who could send, during the airing, their text messages to PSH, expressing love, admiration and support, for sure were very happy and had a lot of fun. Who had fun? Equally, Hoo and Hoo’s fans! On one hand PSH was face to face, “live”,with his numerous fans’ messages, on the other hand his fans could send their messages to PSH, “live”. And from all these lucky people, Nance is the luckiest one as two of her text messages were read during the show. PSH,for sure , had a lot of fund receiving her text messages.Congratulations Nance for your achievement . Now you must enjoy a nice weekend! And all my sisters too!
Yes, I was lucky and I wanted to make sure those on the show knew how far reaching Park Sihoo-ssi fans are compared to those freshies 🙂
Park Sihoo-ssi 박시후 씨 Nance, excuse my ignorance to ask this question. It was a live program and telecast in Japanese which I interpreted that to be a Japanese tv live show.. Are you saying PSH was in Japan? Or was it something that Japanese live tv connected the various K stars on air meaning PSH was physically in Seoul?
It was a live program in that the presenter presented it live and the interaction with the internet audience was live but all the star interviews and materials were pre-recorded.In the case of Park Sihoo-ssi there was no interviews but just a photo presentation of his event and the presenter giving a commentary. It is like a Facebook “live” where audience could leave messages
Park Sihoo-ssi 박시후 씨 Many Thanks Nance, I was having the mental picture that PSH was “present” interacting, hahaha
It should have been brilliant for him to be prea
It should have been brilliant for him to be present and interact with his fans.
Dear Nance ! You already bored waiting for your heart to get back to beating around a performance of psh! you saw ? He did not let you wait too long.
