ParkSihooSsi.com will be going off air!

This is the hardest message to share. I have procrastinated about this for a very long time before coming to this hard decision. ParkSihooSsi.com will be going off air.

It is easy to say hello. But when it comes to biding goodbye, it is so difficult!

Coming to almost nine years of existence, ParkSihooSsi.com will be going off air, saying our ‘Goodbye” with this post. Going off air as in no more writing and sharing of posts on our website and social media platforms.

But it will definitely NOT be saying goodbye to our Oppa Park Sihoo-ssi! The love and support will continue for our favorite man, just that ParkSihooSsi.com will no longer be active as I will be in retirement.

The beginning on 19 April 2015 – from scratch

ParkSihooSsi.com went “on air” almost nine years ago on 19 April 2015. It was incepted at a most difficult time for our Oppa Park Sihoo-ssi and his loyal fans. He was literally out of sight and we had no idea when and if he would ever surface again in the Korean entertainment circle.

Regardless, I wanted to continue to keep the flame of his presence alive and in the minds of his audience for as long as I can and to the best of my ability. And so started this international website dedicated to Park Sihoo-ssi under the name ParkSihooSsi.com.

We made it to one! It was all due to you, Park Sihoo fans and Park Sihoo-ssi! My heartfelt thank you!

Since then, together with his loyal fans, our  international fan website has been there for him. Almost every day, through thick and thin, through feast and famine. We witnessed our Oppa make his return to take his place once again in the Korean entertainment arena and shine. Over the years, our website and its related social media platforms have covered every aspect of Park Sihoo-ssi – from the man himself, his works, his news – from the past to the very latest.

Since we started, we have been there for him, supported all of his works and activities, attended practically every one of his official events, met him face-to-face countless times, sent commemorative rice wreathes, birthday and celebratory wishes and gifts and many more. 

I believe I have gone out of the way and done everything I can and to the extent possible in our love and support for Park Sihoo-ssi. We lived for this man!

This one is for all of you, my dear sisters!

Of course, we want the good times to continue to roll. Unfortunately, for me, age and other commitments and interests have caught up and while the heart is willing, the flesh is weak. Time is also not on my side. The curtain must come down at a certain point in time.

And I think since our Oppa Park Sihoo-ssi has been mighty quiet over the last few years in terms of projects, there isn’t much more I can contribute other than repeat myself over and over again, that I consider myself a broken recorder. There are almost nine years’ worth of articles, over 3,000 written from scratch and from the heart, for anyone interested to know about Park Sihoo-ssi, his works and activities during the period of our existence and more.

New people have also come on board for our Oppa, and with their newfound interest and enthusiasm, they might be able to give fresh perspectives on our Oppa and his past works – and hopefully be there for his future works too.

More importantly, even though he has been rather quiet of late again, our Oppa has re-surfaced, hopefully, and made efforts to be more active on the social media. He is the best person to spin his own tales and promote himself. No need for us to regurgitate his posts.

So, I think the time is right for ParkSihooSsi.com to take our bow and make a timely exit and go off air. We have served our purpose and it is now time for us to sit back, relax and watch the show, starring Park Sihoo-ssi.

And to our dear sisters who span the world, many thanks for your wonderful support and being there for ParkSihooSsi.com and for me through all this time! I am sure we will continue to meet and chat about our favorite Oppa and brilliant actor over the different social media platforms. Albeit, I will be like you, a spectator rather than taking a more active stance.

但绝不是和偶吧Oppa施厚君道别噢！ 对我们最喜爱的男神的爱护和支持将继续下去，只是 ParkSihooSsi.com 将不再处于最前沿的状态，因为我们即将退休了。

ParkSihooSsi.com网站是 于 2015 年 4 月 19 日成立，已近九年了。对于偶吧Oppa 施厚君和他的忠实粉丝们来说，网站是在他最困难的时期成立的。 那时，偶吧Oppa 真的潜水，消失了，都不知道他何时，或是否会再次出现在韩国娱乐圈里。 无论如何，我们当时希望尽可能长时间地让他的存在，在观众的心中保持活力。 于是，这个致力于施厚君的国际粉丝网站以 ParkSihooSsi.com 的名义诞生了。

我相信我们已经竭尽全力的表达对施厚君的爱护和支持。 我们是为了这个男神而活！

我们都希望美好时光能够继续下去。 但年龄和其他需要理的事情确实赶上了，虽然内心愿意，但肉体却很虚弱。 帷幕必须在某个时间点落下。 我认为，由于偶吧施厚君在过去几年里在项目方面一直非常沉默，除了一遍又一遍地重复他以前的作品之外，我没有更多可以贡献的了。 目前也有新的粉丝加入了，他们也许能够对偶吧Oppa过去的作品提出新鲜的看法。

对于遍布世界各地的亲爱的姐妹们，非常感谢大家一直以来给我的鼓励和大力的支持！ 我们将继续在不同的社交媒体平台上见面并谈论共同喜爱的这位优秀的偶吧Oppa 和杰出的演员， 虽然接下来我会像大家一样，作为旁观者，而不会采取更积极的立场。
