Now that the festivities are over, it’s time to get back to some real work. And I mean workout!
Becoming a gym rat and workout to get rid of those excesses from the over indulgence of the good food over the new year festive period! Yes, for all of the excesses and the weight we have put on, we need to put in some extra effort.
So step on the treadmill and do some workout at the gym. Or if gym is not your thing, go for a walk and get some fresh air while keeping fit! Or head to the pool and swim some laps! Or if you love the cold, head out to the ski slopes for some alpine action. Anything that catches your fancy!
Put it this way, workout the excesses and then you won’t feel guilty about indulging more! Kekeke! 😄

现在农历新年的庆祝活动已经结束了,是时候回去做一些真正的工作了。我说的是锻炼噢!
去健身房,做健身房老鼠,努力脱掉在佳节期间,过度放纵美味佳肴的后患! 是的,过度的享受影响了我们的体重啦,,所以需要付出一些额外的努力。
踏上跑步机,在健身房做一些运动啊。 或者,如果不喜欢健身房,那就去散散步,呼吸新鲜空气,同时保持身体健康!或者去游泳池游几圈! 如果喜欢寒冷,可以前往滑雪场,尝试一些刺激的高山滑雪!任何你喜欢的健身法!
这么说吧,解决过激的后患,就不会因为再放纵而感到内疚啦! 哈哈哈!😄
