Night owl Park Sihoo-ssi was on the prowl last night…for two things.
For one, being the neighborhood hero, he had to go on a prowl to check out his new neighborhood in Fukuoka, Japan. Because tonight, he will be hard at work, as he will go back in time for that encounter with Seungyu’s destiny.
For another, this foodie was also on the prowl for food, good food that Japan has to offer. And in Fukuoka, do what the locals do.
Street food is their specialty and they open from dusk when the city starts being illuminated by lights. These street stalls are where the office workers and tourists’ hangout, sitting round the small counters of the street stalls indulging in food and cheering with sake!
I wonder if Park Sihoo-ssi did the hashigo or “ladder” dining where they go from stall to stall to try out the food! And did he get a taste of the Hakata ramen, Fukuoka’s speciality made from hours of boiling pork bones to get its distinct cloudy tonkotsu soup base? Perfect end to the day!
Our man on the prowl…he sure gets the job done!
夜猫徘徊着
夜猫施厚君昨晚在徘徊…为了两件事情。
一个是作为邻里英雄,他不得不去徘徊,看看日本福冈的新社区的状况。因为今晚他得努力工作,及时回到旧时代,与金承琉的命运相遇。
另一方面,这位吃货也是为吃徘徊,为日本的美味佳肴徘徊。在福冈,做当地人所会做的事情。
街头食物是他们的专长。黄昏,城市开始被灯光照亮时,这些街头摊位就会开始营业,是上班族和旅客聚会的地方。他们坐在街头摊位的小柜台椅子上放纵的享受食物,以日本烧酒欢呼,度过美好时光!
就如福冈居民,施厚君是否做了hashigo或“梯子”,就是从一个摊到另一个摊去尝试食物!昨晚有没有吃博多拉面Hakata ramen,福冈的特色?这道菜是用猪骨头慢火熬出来的独特的多云汤姆汤tonkotsu soup。一天完美的结局!
我们的男神在徘徊…他肯定要做好工作!

Nance, brilliant idea of the word prowl….so apt to link to both the Neighbourhood hero and the foodie part. Seeing his food photo reminded me of my Miyazaki trip where the night PSH 1st arrived Miyazaki he went for similar beef etc food. In fact Fukuoka was the airport that I could have landed on route to Miyazaki had I not decided to fly into HK as the connecting airport. Last night when you messaged me I felt like my emotions were reliving the Miyazaki trip all over again. Enjoy Your Day and Thank YOU once again doing this walk the talk support. This time is even more critical as PSH is about to take the plunge.
