It has been more than 2 years, since we had to watch helplessly as our beloved Park Sihoo-ssi was brought down low. Down by the very country he loves, by the system that should be standing on the side of justice, and most painful of all, by those whom he most trusted.
Any ordinary person would not have been able to withstand that onslaught, wave-upon-wave of intense and building pressure and humiliation.
But he did！
Yesterday, he took that first step back to the Korean entertainment industry, under glaring spotlight.
That first step, the hardest step! That he was extremely nervous could clearly be seen. Who wouldn’t be, in his shoes?
Sometime ago, he said in a letter to us, his fans, “hold my hand when I try to go backwards, push me from behind when I’m climbing a steep road”. So, his contingent of fans were there, from Korea, and travelling from China and Japan to lend him their fullest support in person. And for those of us from the world over who could not be there physically, we were there in spirit – sending all of our love, moral support and well wishes.
His courageous and fighting spirit, rekindled. His usual self confidence re-emerging was evident. And we have back our familiar, charming and gracious Park Sihoo-ssi, stepping up on stage to collect his well deserved Hallyu Star Award.
While I missed that exact moment, I caught it later on. I believe he had us all in tears. Tears of pride. Tears of joy. Tears of emotions. Tears of celebration. Tears of welcome.
He has made his first step, that very hardest step! He did himself proud!
Now, the world awaits for Korea and the Korean entertainment circle to make their move. To do what is right for him, to show their grace, to embrace and welcome back into their fold this son who has brought them so much honour, glory and pride!

这第一步，最难的一步
两年前，我们不得不眼睁睁地看着我们亲爱的施厚君被打击。被他最爱的祖国遗去，被那些应该站在正义一边的人攻击，最痛苦的是，被他最信任的人出卖。
任何普通的人都经不起也不能够承受那不断的，一波一波的巨大压力和屈辱。
但是坚强的他做到了！
昨天，在众人的视野下，他迈开了第一步，回归韩国演艺圈。
这第一步，可是最难的一步！可以清楚、明显地看到，他是多么的紧张，谨慎。站在他的立场，谁不会呢？
在一封他给我们粉丝的信里，他提到，“当我试图往回走，握住我的手。当我攀登陡峭的路，从后面推我一把”。 他的厚粉队伍从韩国，中国和日本纷纷到达首尔，为他打气，给他全力的支持。而我们那些在世界各地不能亲自到来的，在精神 上给力，发送出我们的厚爱，支持和祝福。
他的勇敢和奋斗精神，重新被点燃。他重新恢复了一贯的自信。我们又认出了我们以往熟悉，潇洒，迷人的施厚君，站在舞台上接受他因得的韩流巨星奖。
虽然我错过了那一时刻，我候补了。我相信他把我们都弄哭了。我们流出骄傲的泪水。喜悦的泪水。情感的泪水。庆祝的泪水。欢迎的泪水。
他跨上了第一步，也是最难的一步！他应该感到自豪！
现在，世界正看着韩国和韩国娱乐圈的行动。他们应该展示他们的风姿，显示正义，纠正弥补对他的过错，拥抱和迎接他们这位优秀，给他们带来无比光荣和骄傲的的孩子！
