A hero who can offer protection against lawlessness

I don’t know if you feel the same way, but reading recent news in the Korean entertainment industry about celebrity abuse I feel a sense of lawlessness about this country. Tax evasion, illegal drug use, sales and involuntary administering, pimping and the works!

For some cases, even with compelling evidence and admission of guilt by the accused or suspects, the arms of the law did not make arrests. Why? We wonder and speculate. Because those on the side of the law are incompetent or the law faced power pressure from the top or money changing hands were at play? Whatever the reasons, this lawlessness set free the guilty and left the innocent unprotected.

A hero who cares

In some ways, though in a different context, these issues parallel that of the situation in Park Sihoo-ssi’s OCN drama “Local Hero (Neighbourhood Hero)”. The common folks and small businesses were vulnerable and under attack to make way for big bully businesses backed by the top echelons of the society. Their rights and well being were under threat as the big guns wanted to make money by building a megacomplex. They could stoop low and were prepared to use any method including underhanded ones of threats, armed attacks to literally bulldoze their way to get what they wanted.

So who can stop these lawlessness? It definitely can’t be the fight of one man as no matter how capable he is, there is only so much he can do. It can start off with one man with the leadership to gather his team. And the team can in turn influence and round up followings to build the momentum for their belief. Added to it a strategy and plan of action, and then implementing it with attention to details, leaving no stone unturned and striking at the right time, can there be a chance of success.

Fighting for the underdogs

We saw how Park Sihoo-ssi’s Baek Siyoon did it in “Local Hero”. Exact strike that brought down those villains. How he brilliantly executed the plan and so did our favorite actor who portrayed his character to perfection! The good beat the evil!

But alas, that was the world of dramas. The real world is huge and sometimes, or should I say oftentimes, an ugly place. We need more local heroes who will rise and battle against brute forces, put words into actions and build better unity. Hopefully this day will come with dramaland turning into reality! 

One day, a hero and his team will come to protect us against lawlessness!

卓越的男主系列:：对抗无法无天的行为

不知道大家是否有同感，但最近阅读关于韩国娱乐界名人滥用势力的的新闻，觉得这个国家在某些方面处在无法无天的状态。逃税，非法吸毒，销售毒品和非自愿的饮毒，拉皮条等！

即使有令人信服的证据和被告或嫌犯承认自己有罪，法律也没有下逮捕命令。为什么呢？大家都有疑问和猜测。是因为执行法律的人不称职，或法律面临来自高层的权力压制，或有钱的交易？无论出于什么原因，这种无法无天的行为都会让罪犯摆脱，让无辜者无法得到保护。

Facing adversaries without fear

在某些方面，虽然在不同的背景下，这些情况与施厚君在OCN电视剧“小区英雄（邻家英雄）”中是相似的。普通民众和小企业都受到了冲击，并受到攻击，给社会高层支持的大企业欺压。他们的权利和福祉受到了威胁，因为大企业想要建立一栋巨型游乐场来赚钱。他们可以用不同手段，使用任何方法，包括威胁，武装攻击，用推土机推拉倒旧的建筑物，无法无天的达到他们的目标。

Crossing swords with the bad guys

谁能阻止这些无法无天的行为呢？这并非是一个人的斗争，因为无论他多么有能力，他也做不了那么多。可以从一个领导人开始，带起一个团队。团队可以反过来增加追随者和影响他们，可以建立追随者的信念和动力。加上战略和行动计划，然后关注细节，在恰当的时间去执行，才会有成功的机会。

我们看到施厚君饰演的白时允是如何在“小区英雄”中做到的。正确的攻击打倒了那些恶棍。白时允有效地执行了计划，而我们最喜欢的演员施厚君也非常出色的描绘了他的角色。善于击败邪恶！

Nothing deters him from finding justice

但唉，这可是电视剧世界。现实世界是巨大的，有时，或者应该说经常，世界是个丑陋的地方。我们需要更多社会英雄站出来与蛮力对抗，将言论付诸行动，建立更好的团结。希望这一天就如电视剧一样变成现实！

有一天，英雄和他的团队将会来保护我们免受无法无天的行为！
