Stay healthy!
One of the toughest things one faces during challenging times is to keep healthy, not just physically but also mentally.
Why? Because for majority of us, including me, when we are under stress, the last thing on our minds will be to exercise. And even if we wanted to, most likely, we will be too exhausted mentally to do anything physical. Other than keeping our body fit, having a healthy state of mind that is clear to think and focus on the priorities will also be important.
So as we battle with the coronavirus, let us stay healthy! Exercise to keep physically fit. And de-stress and relax our minds with plenty of sleep, meditation, do things we like to empty our thoughts of the difficult challenges for a little while.
A healthy body and a healthy mind will help us take things in our stride and be in the right mindset to see things in perspective, make wise decisions and work to solve this crisis.
So, get yourself healthy, both physically and mentally!
Now, look at how Park Sihoo-ssi’s Baek Siyoon did in “Local Hero”. Exercise and keep a clear head. But don’t over stretch yourselves! Not all of us can be like our Oppa!
But oooh…just look at those beautiful abs! They can distract you from all the issues the world faces for sure! Kekeke! 😂

保持健康!
面临非常时期时,最艰难的事情之一就是保持健康,不只是身体,也是精神上的健康。
为什么呢?因为对大多数人来说,我也在内,当我们承受压力时,锻炼身体不会是我们最主要想到的事情。即使我们想锻炼,但可能因为在精神上精疲力尽,会什么都不想做。除了保持身体健康外,保持健康的心态,清晰思考和关注优先事项也很重要。
因此,与冠状病毒战斗时,让我们保持健康!锻炼身体以保持身体健康。以充足的睡眠,冥想或静坐,做我们想要做的事情和暂时放开挑战来减轻心里的压力和放松身心。
健康的身心,可以帮助我们大步迈向前,以冷静正确的心态看待事物,做出明智的决定并努力解决危机。
因此,大家一定要保持身心的健康!
看!施厚君在“邻家英雄”里饰演的白时允。他以锻炼身体来保持头脑清醒。但不是所有的人可以像我们的偶吧Oppa一样,请不要过度伸展自己噢!
