Poignant song of fated love “Love is Spreading”
The latest OST for Park Sihoo-ssi’s historical drama “Wind, Cloud and Rain (King Maker: Change of Destiny) 바람과 구름과 비” has been released.
Sung by talented singer and songwriter Nautilus 노틸러스, “Love is spreading 사랑이 번지고” is a lyrical ballad. It has perfectly combined the refined and restrained guitar, grand and colorful strings, heart-moving Irish whistles and an emotionally moving vocal that tell of the fateful love of Park Sihoo-ssi’s Choi Cheonjung and Lee Bongryeon.
A couple fated to be together, through good times and bad
The poignant lyrics convey the sheer desperation of the couple’s love. With words like “Love spreads without anyone knowing and touched my heart without you knowing” and “Why am I so excited by your calling my name?”, the listeners emotions will be stirred by the plight of the fated couple.
The song was written by well known music arranger Shim Taehyun and involved Korea’s top guitarists Jeong Suwan, IU, star drummer Kim Seungho, Bassist Koo Bonam, and special instrument player Kwon Byungho on the Irish Whistle and was produced by Kwon Seokhong of RBW, Korea’s master string arranger.
