The common old saying is “You reap what you sow”. But for our Oppa Park Sihoo-ssi, he thought the phrase wasn’t quite right. One has to go further when one is sowing the seed for the future.
To succeed, one will have to work hard to reach a critical point to see some results. You might have to work your butts off to reach the point at 99% of success. However, if you don’t go the extra mile to complete the last 1%, all the effort you have put in and strived hard for from 0% to 99% could go to waste.
To him, he will always try his hardest to achieve that 100% to show his audience his fullest potential. Maybe that is why in his messages to his fans, he always says he will strive to do his best? Okay, I am just guessing.
I like what is in his mind. He is already putting 100% effort when it comes to his works. That, I am sure as audience, we can see it in each and every one of the characters he has portrayed.
But I have something to add and I hope you do not mind, Oppa Park Sihoo-ssi. You should know over the years of running ParkSihooSsi.com that I speak what is on my mind. And I can be a broken record sometimes, harping on what I consider right. So bear with me.
My view is that when you are sowing the seeds of your success for your dramas, you hit the nail on the head by delivering 100% of the roles you play.
However, career-wise, you are not reaping the seeds you are sowing. Not entirely for sure and you are letting many of those seeds go to waste or allowing someone else to take them and claiming credit.
In the entertainment industry, nothing is guaranteed. Today, you do well and stand at the top, tomorrow you might be down and out. You and your long time loyal fans will know this through the school of hard knocks. And the experience can be most painful.
So while sowing the seeds with each drama success, can you also reap what you sow? Maximize and publicize on your success so that you start the next project not from zero but from greater than 100%.
You work hard and so do we too as fans, being there every day to keep you at the top. Together, help yourself and help us reap what we have sowed so our efforts don’t go to waste but will go a long way into the future. We need to make hay while the sun still shine!
Can? Deal? Shake hands, virtually? Let’s go!

Let’s go!
