“Seo Byun Syndrome” on White Day

Happy White Day, ladies!

Today, 14 March, is “White Day” celebrated in a few North East Asia places such as Korea and Japan.

This is the day when men give ladies gifts to reciprocate for the gifts they received on Valentine’s Day from their ladies. Typically these gifts are chocolate, sweets, confectionary and other types of gifts that ladies love.

Remember this scene?

Back in 2010, before we all contracted the “Seo Byun Syndrome”, our Oppa Park Sihoo-ssi was filming on White Day. He was filming his role as legal eagle Seo Inwoo in “Prosecutor Princess”. And on White Day, he was filming opposite Kim Soyeon aka Ma Hyeri in one of the most memorable scenes for the opening episode of the drama.

The filming on White Day in 2010 was at the Seoul Hilton Hotel and Muju Resort where we got the first glimpse of Seo Inwoo with his gorgeous smile.  He was occupying the hotel suite and making preparations to welcome his supposed girlfriend (who never showed) and whom he will shower with a lavish gift. The exclusive and coveted bling, bling high heel strappy shoes that would be auctioned to the highest bidder! The same one that Ma Hyeri was eyeing with glee!

And right from the start, as soon as that suite door opened, and we were treated to the most gorgeous smile, we caught the “Seo Byun Syndrome”, sunk, hook, line and sinker!

Now, maybe that is the magic of White Day. The day, other than Valentine’s Day, will make men and women fall under the spell of romance?

今天，3 月 14 日，在韩国和日本等一些东北亚地区，会庆祝“白色情人节”。

回到2010年，在我们还未染上“徐瓣综合症”之前，偶吧Oppa施厚君在白色情人节为他在“检察官公主”中扮演的法律精英徐仁宇的角色在拍摄。 在白色情人节当天，他与金素妍，又名马惠丽，演对手戏，这是该剧开场最令人难忘的场景之一。

2010年白色情人节的拍摄地点是在首尔希尔顿酒店和茂朱度假村，在这里我们初次见到了徐仁宇那灿烂的笑容。 他入住了酒店套房，准备迎接他所谓的女朋友（但她从未露面），他将给她送上一份奢华的礼物。 将被拍卖给出价最高的人的一双独特而令人垂涎的闪亮、闪亮的高跟系带鞋！ 就是马惠丽看上的那一双！

从一开始，套房的门一打开，我们就迷上了那最迷人灿烂的笑容，染上了“徐瓣综合症”，彻底的掉入坑，爬不出来了！

也许这就是白色情人节的魔力。 情人节以外，会让男女陷入浪漫的魔咒？
