Hey Oppa Park Sihoo-ssi! How’s your English lately?
Last year, after our Oppa wrapped up his TV Chosun drama “Babel”, he started to brush up on his English. He focused on learning the language with a teacher and spending time with native speakers. As we saw, he spent a long time away from home, travelling to the USA.
At one stage last year, his Instagram posts were in English! And that made us international fans so very happy!
But that stopped when he was filming his historical drama “Wind, Cloud and Rain”. However, our Oppa’s promise, which he made in his exclusive Japanese Enishi magazine, was that he would restart his English learning after his drama was finished.
Keep talking to us in English please, Oppa!
I believe he made good his commitment. We again saw his Instagram posts with his comments in English, even while he was in a relaxed mood and perfecting his golf at the same time!
Oppa, as you will have some of your international fans joining your online “Romantic Date” this coming Saturday, 14 November 2020, will you speak English, even if a little? It will make it more welcoming for us who do not understand Korean or Japanese. For a few of the participants, this will be the first time they have a chance to join your events!

嘿，偶吧Oppa施厚君！最近你的英语怎么样？
去年，偶吧Oppa拍完朝鲜电视的电视剧“通天塔”之后，就开始精心学习英语。他与一位老师练习英语，并与以英语为母语的朋友在一起交流。如我们所见，他有一段时间去了美国。
