The glam and unglam of show business
When one thinks of the entertainment industry, 99.99% of the time, one would think of its glam associations. Bright lights, red carpet, beautiful people, flashy cars, luxurious lifestyle. Money, money, money! The glam of the exterior that has given aspirations to many!
Generally, if given half a chance, everyone wants to be in the entertainment business! Or to be associated with it!
But this glam is nothing but a polished veneer. What goes behind the scenes is anything but glam! It is pure hardwork, gruelling hours and sometimes sheer torture of the heart, body and soul! The unglam side!
Not an easy poster to shoot!
Something that looks as simple as a poster is not as simple as just picking up the camera and shoot! The quest for creativity and perfection can mean long hours of filming to get it just perfect! The video shared by KBS Drama on their Facebook page attested to that.
Hours of shoot just to get it picture perfect!
That surreal, fantastical fantasy poster of Choi Dokyung and Seo Jian took many hours of hard work by both Park Sihoo-ssi and Shin Hyesun-ssi. Jumping up and down that spring mattress trying to find good poses while the cameras rolled. As Park Sihoo-ssi shared, so many photos were taken and yet finally they had to superimpose two photos to make it whole. Something’s always missing or imperfect when they were caught on film together!
They had to piece together the unglam and make it glam! This is exactly what the entertainment world is like and is all about!
So for aspirants out there, are you sure you still want in?

就如拍海报，不是拿起相机就拍摄那么简单！创造力和完美的追求意味着长时间的拍摄才能达到所追求的效果！ KBS 电视剧 KBS Drama 在脸书Facebook页面上分享的视频证明了这一点。

崔道京，徐智安的那超现实梦幻般的海报，是需要施厚君和申惠善在床垫上不停的跳啊跳啊，非常的费劲。摄影师一直拍摄，希望可以拍出一张两人都有完美的姿势的美照。 正如施厚君那天分享的，他们拍了好多张照片，最后是叠加两张照片，做出整体的一张。 拍出来两人的照片总是失去了那么一点点，或找不到完美的一张！
他们最后把两张相对较好的照片凑在一起，使它变得妩媚！这不是娱乐世界的样子吗？
所以那些志愿者，妳们确定还要进入这圈子吗？

Er no thanks even if hypothetically I qualify! Too much hard work and sacrifices. But for Sihoo-ssi whose life long interest and passion is into acting and entertainment, no sacrifice is too big, no hurdles too difficult to overcome. Just reflect on how he handled his years of low and you will get a sense of what he stands for – the ultimate consummate Korean actor.
So well said, the ultimate consummate Korean actor. Not easy at all. Need some special genes too, the look good genes despite harsh and long hours of endurance and no sleep. More important a steely determination to productivity.

Same goes with the many social media sharing. Only the best, the most edited bstuff are selected for uploading. We must always remind ourselves even simple social media accounts photos or videos by ordinary people needed a fair bit of time and efforts, imagine how much works are needed to perfect a drama or movie shooting. Heaps and heaps. I am glad Sihoossi decided to invest into the unglam to present us the glam. We as fans just need to sit back and enjoy, how nice, the saying that all the goodies are presented nicely on a plate for us.
