Facing a brave new world with new challenges
It will have to be a brave new world we will live in from now on. A new world order is in the making!
This week, eyes from all corners of the world were focused on one major event. The outcome of which would impact and touch lives everywhere. The world had certain expectations and betted heavily on what was considered the more desirable outcome. So, when this fell out of expectations, things fell apart, fear and confusion set in. Markets reacted drastically, in one direction – down!
As reality started to sink in after a few days, global markets are beginning to rationalise and some semblance of calm has started to prevail.

Strive ahead! May the brave win!
Yes, I am talking about the US election to decide who would take over the reigns of the White House come next January. Another unexpected outcome much like the UK Brexit that shook the world! The dust had yet to settle on one and another has been heaped on. More will come!
For better or worse, we will be facing a new, uncharted world order. A brave new world! One that will be full of uncertainties, but inevitable. So we just have to brave it and face the challenges head-on. Swim or sink!
Almost everyone will face the repercussions of these major challenges. For Park Sihoo-ssi, on top of these, he will also have to grabble with even more uncertainties. What with the chaotic state of the Korean government at the highest level and the impact on the country across many fronts. Political, economic, social, international relations! How and how long this would pan out is still anyone’s guess!
Woes aplenty!

Timing is everything! For now, silence is best!
Brave is good, but, while I would love to hear news of new projects for Park Sihoo-ssi, timing is just not right! And my guess, and I hope, he will bid his time. Timing is critical, and now is not the time.
We will just have to be extra, extra patient! Wait a little longer as I am sure those who love him will want the best for him! No matter when, I will wait…and I hope all of you will too!
Meanwhile, there will be plenty of Park Sihoo-ssi to keep us entertained and occupied, right, sisters? And we are in good company too, with one another, our “book club” so to speak to keep us going 🙂
Happy weekend! Keep heart, our brave hearts!

Uncertainties pose challenges for the future. Wait and watch before making a move

A brave new world in the making

Park Sihoo-ssi, fighting!

Madame, you really need to get a grip on the facts before you begin to proselytize on American politics. What you are commenting on has absolutely nothing to do with our mutual friend, Park Si Hoo, and that is where your best skills lie, certainly not in politics. You are referring in very favorable terms to Hillary Clinton, I suspect. This woman is a career criminal, which the FACTS totally support. By the way, take a look at the stock markets for a realistic commentary on what Donald Trump will bring to the economies of not ony the USA, but to all countries with whom the USA does legitimate business.
If you read again what I have written, you will see that what I have written is not about politics. I was in no way in contempt of any politics, American or otherwise. I state no opinion on who I view should win. I am neither a Trump nor Clinton supporter.
What I have written here are facts – the world did bet on a one sided win. The market did plunge because the outcome was different and the outcome of the election will have impact on lives and businesses every where. And I also said market will rationalise and calm.
It is not about politics, it is about changing the way the global economies will be shaped because Trump brings with him a new world order, which people are not used to. So a change in landscape, uncharted – good or bad, we wait to see. But, one thing for sure, changes will come and we do face a new world order and have to face this, bravely.
i hope my stand is clear.
No, not at all clear. I read it three times before deciding to comment. Naturally, you have the right to your opinions, but really, they would be better served if they were based on the facts. You are very, very obviously offering opinions on the results of the US General Election, with a rather clear bias. Frankly, I am far from a Donald Trump fan, but when having to make a choice between an obnoxious twit and that proven career criminal, an easy choice. But the bottom line is, you mildly suggested that because of the election results, the world is on the brink of Armageddon, and we look to the enjoyment of news and stories on Park Si Hoo. Smile!!
Different people might view the same things differently and might read beyond what is written, whether intended or otherwise. And agree that everyone is entitled to his or her opinion.
We all live in different worlds and more so, things will be interpreted in the context of our background, upbringing and what we are exposed to. What I see and read in the news and the reactions of the markets might be different from that of someone somewhere else. What I have written are exactly the news reported in this part of the world here including those of the international press and exact market reactions – nothing that is my own opinion or bias.
Armageddon? I was not even remotely there. But that was how the markets – stock, currencies, commodities, etc (with the exception of gold) reacted around the world – and a fact if you see the Bloomberg and Reuter screens on an Asian morning while votes were being counted. That was a day before the US stock market rebounded …but days later many markets around the world are still in the red. Again, another fact.
All of these have impact on our lives here – including Park Sihoo-ssi, hence this article. His impact is greater, expounded by what is happening in Korea with the current government. Again, another fact. He might have to lay low for a while still, so it will affect all our us, no news or little news…so we will just have to keep one another company while we wait.
Whatever our opinions and views, we have one universal language – Park Sihoo-ssi. That will make a difference 🙂
Yes, Nance I agree;” Whatever our opinions and views, we have one universal language:Park Shoo-ssi. That will make a difference.” Because: “My friends, love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. So let us be loving, hopeful, and optimistic. And we’ll change the world.” [Jack Layton] Have a peaceful weekend all of you.!
Have a restful and peaceful weekend everyone! Seconder to Stefania’s ;” Whatever our opinions and views, we have one universal language:Park Shoo-ssi. That will make a difference.” I have always read Nance’s blog with a view that the only opinion Nance ever expressed is her views on PSH and the issues that affect PSH. Hence this week such a huge worldly chapter surely would warrant the mentioning of what’s going on in the world. Nance always labelled herself as bias when it comes to PSH’s. Beyond that all other worldly issues Nance is incredibly professional and impartial. Yes, Change is the most permanent thing in this world, nothing really is new the moment change sets in. What’s new yesterday or this week before I wake up tomorrow some other new wave takes over. And whatever these new waves be, PSH has all the make : his uncompromising self belief, his mental stamina, his physical abiltiy to invest in the next unchartered chapter, all these will see him through que sera sera.
Our number one concern is our beloved actor PSH. The world will be better or worse, just as we will be us who compose it, but our feelings and admiration for PSH will always remain. We are confident in the future, we live intensely and believe that this world will be better from now on. Nance a nice weekwnd and sisters alike.
Nance, Stefania, Anita and all sisterhood who love and support our beloved Sihoo-ssi, glad we are staying focussed and united to preach love and optimism instead of hatred and pessimism. May the rest of this weekend be filled with peace and rest! Good night all! 😘😘😘
Dorothy
Although I was interested in politics in the past, I do not like the complicated new world with so many conflicts among people and nations. Luckily I have friends in the PSH world so that we can share ideas in a friendly way. We agree to disagree to issues other than PSH. We have a common goal – support PSH. I agree with Nance that PSH is waiting for the best time for the announcement of his new project. Hope that we need not wait too long.
I support you fully with this article Nance! It’s a fact the whole world is in an awe since the new chosen president in the States. Nobody knows what to expect yet. Korea has its own issues as well which may lead to changes too. So it’s only logical PSH awaits the best time for new moves as he has a company to take care of! I have been waiting for him before and nothing has changed since then. Meanwhile, we will have enough to share with each other. Nance is always putting up something that leads to new exchanging of thoughts! 😀
Wilma, you are right:”Nobody knows what to expect yet… PSH awaits the best time for new moves, as he has a company to take care of.” And we are expecting good news from him as always. Yes, it is the best for all of us now to have realistic expections of things we can control and high expectation of ourselves. But the greatest truth of all is: always expect the unexpected. But , I’ll try to be optimistic and expect the best of all for all of us!
Stefania, many years ago someone told me that what you are expecting, mostly in negative context, may not happen, because you are already prepared for that. It is almost always the unexpected that overcomes you. So in a way we always have to be as flexible as we can be and keep the spirits hight!^^
Keep the spirits high for us and for PSH, Wilma, it’s the best thing we can do!
Even the cleverest man on earth can’t tell us what’s gonna happen next with the changes in world politics. So best we keep our book club interest in focusing of our support for PSH. I hit myself that just as I said yesterday morning that change will set in as I wake up the following morning another wave of news will take over, and this morning I wake up to read about NZ earthquake. My thoughts go to our friends and family in NZ.
