I have been rather careful when it comes to food in the last few years. Healthy eating and controlling what I ingest. As much as possible, I try to prepare my own meals and do my own cooking. My trusty little portable steamer in the office is my wonderful lunch time companion! And recently, I added a beautiful steamer oven at home too!
Not sure if I will lose weight with my new toy. It just might have an opposite effect! With me indulging more of the wholesome deliciousness! So on top of healthy meals, I will need to learn portion control!
Yesterday, I broke my healthy spree. My colleague managed to cajole me out for lunch and we went on a binge!
And it was all Park Sihoo-ssi’s fault! I was given a choice and I couldn’t help but remember the series of photos of him walloping a big huge burger! Something I haven’t had in years!
Off we went to binge on juicy, thick, succulent all American burgers! Accompanied by the must-have thick cut fries and washed down with cola! Now cola was the only thing I refused to budge on – not full blown Coke but Coke Zero 🙂 And I turned away that supersized, yummilicious chocolate cake! Good girl!
So now, I am guilt ridden from my binge! See, Park Sihoo-ssi, you set some real bad example! This weekend I will need to quadruple my effort at the gym!

昨天,我打破了我健康的习惯。同事哄我出去吃午饭,我们就尽情的去狂欢了!
都是施厚君的问题!同事任由我选择餐厅,我不禁想起施厚君的一些他正大口啃着巨大美味的汉堡的照片!我已好几年没吃这个啦!忍不住了!
所以我们就去狂欢的享受多汁,巨大,美味的美国汉堡!伴随着是必有的浓切炸薯条,然后与清爽可乐冲下!可乐是唯一我没破戒的,没饮正中的可口可乐,而是可乐零 🙂 也没吃超大,非常诱人的巧克力蛋糕!乖!
现在,对我的狂欢可内疚了!看吧,施厚君,你真是坏榜样!这周末,我得加倍在健身房努力啦!

Good for your good mood, Nance. It’s OK to spend with friends. I think PSH is not a bad example, because you must enjoy sometimes with culinary goodies. But seriously the last time I had a whopping huge burger was last October on the day I arrived in Odaiba for PSH’s Sky and Sea event. I guess I didn’t feel guilty at all cos I managed to walk off all the excess calories. So Daniela is so right – we can enjoy our food like Foodie PSH but follow his good example to always work it off through exercise. Hmmm I have been reading great reviews of a couple of ground breaking creative new burger joints within walking distance from my work place — Burger Lab, Fat Boy Burger…I am now inspired by your article to go there lunch tomorrow and order the biggest meatiest available!
