A new dawn for Joseon with new players
In TV Chosun’s “Wind, Cloud and Rain (King Maker: Change of Destiny) 바람과 구름과 비”, the people of Joseon faced a new dawn with the passing of King Cheoljong. A king whose reign went down in history as one who was weak both in governing the country and having poor health. He was constantly under the thumb of the rich and powerful Jangdong Kim family and had to do as they bade.
Now that Lee Haeung’s second son has ascended the throne as King Gojong, there will be changes. Not so much because of the new King but more so his father Lee Haeung, whose aggressive tiger nature will rule the roost.
Will he rid of those he considered as threats?
A new dawn but with an overhang as Lee Haeung will make sure that those who had previously made him grovel and beg will get their just rewards now that he is in power. Not only that, his constant suspicion of people around him, including Choi Cheonjung, plotting against him makes him mistrust people, even those with good intentions.
Park Sihoo-ssi’s fortune teller and Kingmaker thought he could create a new country for the benefit of the common people. But with this new dawn, there is an overhang. Did he pick the right King or more so, was the choice of the royal family right to help the people of Joseon?

施厚君饰演的算命师和造王者崔天中认为他可以创建一个新的国家，让平民百姓可以安居乐业，过好生活。但是随着新的曙光，出现了一个悬挑。他是否选对了国王，或更重要的是是否选中真正可以助人民的王室。
