Park Sihoo-ssi, it’s winter. Let me sleep! I am in hibernation!
Yeah…it’s the weekend! So dog tired after a long, long week at work! And the temperature has dropped again last night, down to a cool high teens! So nice to snuggle up under the blanket in the comforts of my warm bed! I don’t wanna get up!
I want to be like the bear who goes into hibernation and sleep through the winter!
Let me sleep, I need sleep! Ok, let me snooze for another five, only five more minutes please! Then I will get up, get into gear and struggle to get to the gym in the cold winter morning…
If my role model of discipline and hard work, Park Sihoo-ssi can diligently exercise daily …. I can too!

越冬休眠!
呀，是周末啦！好长好长一周的工作后，实在太累了！而昨晚温度再次下降，下降到了酷的十几度！所以，在我的被窝里呆着，好暖活，好舒服！我不想起床啦！
我要像大苯熊，越冬休眠！
让我睡觉吧，让我睡！好吧，让我多睡一会，只要再五分钟时间好吗！然后，我会起来，穿上装备去健身房努力奋斗！
如果我的纪律和勤奋工作的模范生施厚君可以每天努力锻炼….我也可以，！
呜 – 呼！冬天好寒冷，但我出发啦…椭圆形交叉训练机，我来啦，现在，我不想冬眠了;) ！施厚君可是个好的动力，他的积极性好感染，感谢！

Nance I remember I could sleep right up to 3pm on winter Sundays in my HK days haha. Like you said after a long tiring working week, come Sunday I could just sleep and sleep. 3pm from the previous night, then by night able to sleep again for the following Monday start of yet another demanding week. The hibernation thingy to me was rather enjoyable. There was no PSH to inspire exercise then so I had excuse to sleep and sleep in winter haha. Now life in the country the best quality of life is good sleep. Sleeping in the country life is always serene peaceful complete restful quiet sleep, our summer nights can be as cold as below 10C so condusive for sleeping, all year round good for a sound sleep hence there is no need for winter hibernation anymore. Oh SLEEP, the one thing I seek everyday, other than air, Water and Sleep are the 2 other daily essentials.
