Unlike Park Sihoo-ssi who enjoys very much sports and exercise, I unfortunately am not that sporty. I do only what is necessary to keep me healthy, not for enjoyment.
After being out of the circuit for a couple of weeks due to travel and fatigue, I am now getting back into the circuit. Yes, I am back to being the gym rat again this weekend! So this morning, I have gotten up nice and early and heading out to the gym to say hello to my favorite elliptical machine and then doing a round of Pilates.
Sounds good right? Nay, my old bones creak and my Pilates instructor shakes her head and laments at how I have a such a stiff body! She is absolutely right. My body is a sign of a most stressful life! I don’t know how to relax! My back is like a washboard – terribly hard. Now, if only I have got my bearings right, my body would have been perfect. Washboard on the front, Nance, not at the back! Then, you will have the most beautiful, gorgeous abs!
Grrrrr…ok, I am going back into the circuit! Got to work hard to get rid of the excesses from my over-indulgence!

重回到正规
施厚君非常喜欢运动和锻炼,但很遗憾我不是运动爱好者。只做我必要的来保持身体健康。
这两个星期,因为出差和疲劳,放弃了运动,现在该重回正规啦!是的,这周末真的要再次当健身房老鼠了!所以今天一大清早就起床,准备去健身房跟我最喜欢的椭圆机打招呼,然后还要做一轮普拉提。
听起来不错吧?遗憾,我这身老骨头不中用了。我的普拉提教练每次看我上课时,都会摇摇头,感叹我身体为啥会这么僵硬!她是绝对正确的。我的身体就是紧张生活的迹象!我不懂得如何放松!我的背硬如搓衣板。是否锻炼反了,如果是前面身硬如搓衣板,将会是最美丽华丽的腹肌啦!那该多好 🙂
Grrrrr…好,重回正规啦!一定要努力摆脱纵欲过度的反效果!

Sport is so necessary for healthy body, healthy mind and order. Nance You see that you are very active, playing sports, traveling, daily problems, but very special in our beloved PSH stand your attention. I admire you so much power to where you do everything, believe me always think fondly from your activities. PSH is a natural born athlete, just see what physical displays, this is due to his sporting activity that goes. However the wekend and I wish you and our sisters tie a wekend pleasant and full of surprises. If you have time to invite for tea or coffee, depending on what each prefers.
When it comes to your muscles Nance, I think your first priority should be to relax them at the gym. PSH has a great body, loves physical exercises which also help him to relax from all daily stress. The more relaxed your muscles the more you will be able to strain them without getting injured and overtime it will shape itself. We can’t compare ourselves with PSH for he is a man and we are women anyway. 🙂 When you have time to go to the gym just enjoy yourself and feel your muscles become more flexible in the process. It is the weekend. So Nance, enjoy your free time. Ladies the same goes for all of us! 🙂
“The five S’s of sports training are: stamina, speed, strength, skill and spirit, but the greatest of all is spirit.”[Ken Doherty] . Being so busy every day it’s a pity to forget about your own body. So be bold enough to live on your terms. So, dance as though everybody is watching, march to the best of your drummer, take PSH’s example, who enjoying sports ,sets his goal high , and doesn’t stop until he gets there. Continuous effort is the key to unlocking your potential, and the importance of doing sports is about self-improvement , about being better than you were the day before.Enjoy this weekend and go back into circuit in making your life happy and beautiful, by doing your exercises. Nance, Happy Sunday! Hope you are enjoying your weekend to the fullest. As Wilma van Zwietering, Stefania Lupu and Anita Baba all said, it’s really a long shot to emulate our idol in the physical sporting field, not only because he is a man, he is born athlete, with natural abilities. Instead of hard core exercise I think what you need is a good solid massage, not those fragrant filled soft massages that makes you sleep type of massages as these massages can never get rid of long bedded tied up muscles and tensions in our body, you need those medical trained type of hard core massages to loosen all the tight spots. Someone medically trained. I find those nice relaxing massages useless when it comes to my body stiffness especially my neck, shoulder the usual problem we all suffered having worked long and hard hours in front of the computer.
