How will he maneuver the turning points in his relationships?
Last night in TV Chosun’s drama “Babel 바벨”, we saw many lives at turning points, some for better, some for worst.
Tae Yura loves Cha Woohyuk but she has never uttered a single word to let him know this. Her heart broke when she saw a woman in his life, none other than her sister-in-law Han Jungwon! Her relationship with him and Han Jungwon has entered a turning point. She is probing deep into Han Jungwon in relation to the death of her brother Tae Minho. And when she met Han Jungwon visiting Cha Woohyuk in hospital, her jealousy burst and she could not help her digging and sarcastic attitude, making both of them wiggle in their shoes because of their guilt. More fireworks will burst with their triangle relationship in the future.
Han Jungwon and Tae Yura will be fighting for the same man!
When I saw Mrs Tae’s smiling face when she visited Cha Woohyuk in hospital, my immediate reaction was “Geez, she is a really scary old tiger”! Beware! She was just playing it up being sarcastic and not mincing her warning to Cha Woohyuk that she had war with him on her hands! Another turning point which will see a bloody battle ahead between the two.
With the sudden wakening of Chairman Tae from coma, things will get more and more interesting as he and his wife will lock horns and fight for supremacy in the Geosan Group. Chairman Tae is handicapped for now due to a slow recovery and the loss of the son he had groomed to succeed. But this wiry old fox didn’t build his empire by being nice!
Han Jungwon upped and left
And the biggest turning point will be the relationship between Cha Woohyuk and Han Jungwon. She decided to leave him citing that it would be hard and tiring for him with her in toll. He spotted her leaving with the man who kidnapped Ricky, who had the dirt on Chairman Tae, right from under his nose. Now his suspicion about her is aroused. Can he trust her?
And with Chairman Tae awakened, Cha Woohyuk’s quest for revenge for his parents’ death should heighten!

昨晚在朝鲜电视TV Chosun的电视剧“通天塔（哑铃）Babel 바벨”中，看到了不同人物在生命中的转折点，有些好，有些坏。
泰侑啦爱车宇赫，但她从未对他表达过。当她看到另一个女人出现在他的生命中时，她的心碎了，最糟的是这女人竟然是自己的弟媳韩贞媛！她，他和她的关系将进入一个转折点。她会更深入的调擦弟弟泰民浩的死因是否与韩贞媛有关。当她遇到韩贞媛在医院探访车宇赫时，她的嫉妒爆发，用挖掘态度让他们感到尴尬和内疚。接下来更多的火花将与他们的三角关系爆发。

由于车会长突然从昏迷中醒来，随着他和妻子将锁定牛角，争夺巨山集团的权力，事情将变得越来越有趣。泰会长由于恢复缓慢和失去了他培养继承的儿子，暂时能力被压制。但这条老狐狸晓得如何去转弯抹角，因为建立他的财阀帝国并不是以善良诚实的方法而建的！

So many turning points in episode 7. For me , the saddest one is for Prosecutor Cha Woo Hyuk, who couldn’t expect his lover, Han Jung Won, to leave him. She explained him, being afraid for his life after he was beaten to death almost, that it will be very hard for them to be together , because of her. And :”If it is too hard , it’s OK to leave me.”. I’m sure that it is very hard and painful for her too, as she thinks of her being happy with Woo Hyuk , as she told her friend. “Could I be happy with Woo Hyuk?” So to avoid the danger that’s imminent for him being together , she decided to leave.Painful for her too. One aspect I don’t understand is the relationship with the man who kidnapped Ricky, another dubious person. But he was also under Tae Minho’s orders and also present when this was brutalizing his wife. It seems that he pitted her. So I ca’t wait until I’ll watch this weekend episodes to enlighten myself the mistery of this relationship and for Prosecutor Cha Woo Hyuk too.Until then I support Woo Hyuk to uncover this dilema , and take a correct decision either to protect her, or continue to fight his enemy .Go! Go! Go Prosecutor Cha Woo Hyuk!
The last part when Han Jungwon met the hb’s PA when they 1st spoke at the cafe, there was no Eng subtitles. To me that part of their conversation is so crucial to understand some links but there wasn’t any subtitles. Only when the last couple of sentences sub title came back, PA was saying to her if you keep your promise, there will be no problem. Could anyone tell me what did the 2 of them say to each other when they 1st sat down at the cafe?
Chai Hua Loke Nothing much exchanged. You have the most critical sentences. The other conversation pieces were that he asked about her health. He said his sister was looking forward to meeting her and that she will soon be ready for her operation. Now, that operation is one of the critical parts I believe…

Chai Hua Loke Now this operation/donation is probably the “agreement” the PA was talking about. And what exactly the “agreement” we don’t know yet. But it could be related to him closing one eye on her liaison with Cha Woohyuk or him helping to kill her husband (motive either premeditated or not, just reactive at the point when he tried to rape her). They could both be at the scene of the crime and the agreement is not to tell. Guessing, guessing, guessing!
Dear Stefania, to me the one strongest weight of episode 7 that pulls all my brain cell is to interpret the PA’s challenge in words to CWH in the very last scene……why didn’t you ask me why I kidnapped Ricky, shouldn’t that be more logical for you to ask, why can you meet Han Jungwon yet I can’t? Is it because you are afraid of what you thought to be true? Meanwhile Han Jungwon was walking back to want to tell the PA about her pregnancy……..hmm……..this so far is by far the MOST INTRIGUING TWIST of Babel todate, from my perspective
Awed and overwhelmed by so many turning points by the end of Episode 7 last night! But not complaining one bit – as this is the satisfaction one gets to derive from watching a good solidly well written well acted out mystery suspense drama. BABEL will have finished the 1st half of its 16 episodes by this coming Sat and it will be sheer delight to see the grand mastery of the screen writer and production director at work step by step stage by stage with the support of a highly energised and motivated cast to power the drama to an exceptional excellent outstanding finale on 30 March 2019!

After watching episodes 6 & 7 I am even more assured of my original gut feel that when it comes to the subject of Han Jungwon’s affection (or maybe love) for CWH, that feeling is genuine and she is doing what she can within her circumstances to treat him well. I can’t get the feeling that she is using him. No doubt the lead female role is definitely going to have a lot of behind stories that have yet to come out, but I have never gathered a feel that her entanglement with CWH in the heart affairs was driven by some ulterior motive.
Chai Hua Loke Where “love” and Han Jungwon is concerned, At this stage, my view is that it didn’t start with love just purely comfort and desire. Neither had any “love” between them and if the husband did not die, they would just continue carrying on the affair, no strings.Her asking for divorce had nothing to do with him, more because of her abuse. Only when he saw how ill treated she was and that he was the one who pushed her into marriage did he have any feeling..more guilt and wanting to make up for it and slowly, as he got to know more of her “sad” story, it changed to love. For her, at the point of the first kiss in episode 1, there was no love for Cha Woohyuk. Her “caring” only came later when she left the house and his caring and protectiveness moved her. By episode 6 or 7, I believe that she does love him, enough to leave because she doesn’t want to be liability to him.
Park Sihoo-ssi 박시후-씨 朴施厚君 Yep, spot on. I didn’t use the word love for sure to me it was hinging on affection/love even at the stage when she decided to leave CWH. I only said maybe the thought for asking for divorce about a year ago after a year since she started affair, it doesn’t mean that is for him, affair means there is something else to jolt her to have different thoughts about her marriage. Now episod 7 revealed that the hb has asked her to wait for the timing….that would be maybe couple of years ago

Chai Hua Loke and Nance, like both of you , I’m not sure , if at this stage of their relationships she is really in love with Cha Woo Hyuk. It seems that he is mostly in love with her, accepting her even if she doesn’t tell him the secret of her life.He promises to protect her and also wating for her to come to him, in time. I’m impressed by his feelings and I also pitty him. Her decision to leave him, in my opinion is correct , as she thinks he will suffer a lot because of her, if they continue their relationships.And also having that secret , that she can’t or doesn’t want to uncover. What secret? That’s the big question. But what is intriguing me is her relation with the Rick’s kidnapper , but also her husband ‘s servant. This one being aware and witness of her ordeals and sufferings from her husband. But the fact that she knows this man’s sister, who is going to pass an operation, and agrees even to accept a transplant for her, seems that their relations are even older. And a thought is crossing my mind. Can’t be him also the killer of her husband? That I’m waiting with eagerness the end of the week to watch the next episodes.
Everytime mother Tae took initiative to intimidate CWH, she indirectly helped him to put more jigsaw puzzles together. Tried to steal the USB, and made USB his focus of attention that led to further inroad. Tried to intimidate him aftermath of nearly killing him, instead of suppressing this young hot blooded man, she indirectly poured more fuel onto his firey tendency. Both mother and son so far look quite a pathetic pair. She kept saying to her hb from here on I will make things happen my way. It’s already episode 7, yet every one of her efforts yielded nothing, yet. Even TMH’s death, my take is she benefited indirectly, it wasn’t her doing that killed him.
She thinks the world of herself and how clever she is, but she is just a sly old fox. She has enough resources and power to get others to do her bidding but how effective they are, we already seen.
