A man in furious fury that his heart ruled
Depending on your personality, for some, the head rules the heart and for others, the heart rules the head. In the case of a public prosecutor, you would expect that the head will rule the heart. But it wasn’t the case last night for Park Sihoo-ssi’s Prosecutor Cha Woohyuk in TV Chosun drama “Babel 바벨”.
His emotions got into the way of things. First for the woman he cares about (at this point, I can’t really tell if he loves her) and for the revenge he has been pursuing all his life.
Ex-top star and third generation chaebal wife Han Jungwon, the woman whom Prosecutor Cha was having an affair with, has been accused of murdering her husband. Even though circumstantial evidence indicated that she was likely the culprit, Prosecutor Cha’s heart was at odds with his head. On the one hand as a professional he has to uphold justice, but on the other, he wanted to clear her name. Whatever the actions, I hope that he would not compromise the situation and maintain whatever professional dignity he has.
He threw precautions into the wind
Similarly, his heart ruled his head with his furious fury at Chairman Tae for being responsible for his family’s demise. Such fury that he was reaching out to choke the life out of the man who was in coma and heavily dependent on life-giving machines for survival!
Will his head prevail over his heart eventually? We are at a cliffhanger! Can’t miss the next episode of TV Chosun’s “Babel 바벨”! But alas! We will have to wait a week! Remember to catch this exciting drama next Saturday and Sunday at 2250h, Korean time!

同样地，他一心为了复仇他的家庭灭亡，对泰会长的愤怒，让心统治了他的头脑。在极端愤怒下，他正在伸出手来，想扼杀那个处于昏迷状态并严重依赖生命机器生存的人！

One of the rewarding elements of a good suspense drama is it keeps you thinking 💭🤔; like in your case with Babel does Prosecutor Cha Woohyuk really love Han Jungwon, wife of the murmured Tae Minho? Past the 3rd episode and still so many pieces of the jig saw puzzle still missing! Let’s play on! If only we get to watch this drama every night of the week!

There’s a saying along the lines that sometimes your heart needs more time to accept what your mind already knows. Under the circumstances Prosecutor Cha Woohyuk is in, guess can’t blame him when his emotions took over and he allowed his heart to rule over his head. It’s heartening to note that in executing his role as Prosecutor Cha, PSH is certainly pushing the envelope to extend the limits of his acting capability. Let’s give our whole hearted support to cheer him on! Fighting Sihoo! Fighting!
