Taking pole position in the first weekend in 2018
Last night Park Sihoo-ssi’s KBS drama “My Golden Life” took pole position for its first weekend start in 2018. It delivered another over 40% performance! The drama is now the indisputable No 1 drama on Korean TV!
The national audience rating of 42.8%, was up from the previous Sunday episode on 24 December 2017 (same day comparison) by 5.0% and a jump of 5.2% over the previous episode on 6 January 2018 (Saturday). This is based on AGB Nielsen Korea’s TV audience rating.
On average, for 36 episodes to-date, the rating is 32.6%.
With its pole position and the intensifying development of the various storylines, particularly when Mother Choi rightly deduced that Seo Jian was the reason for her son leaving home, “My Golden Life” is poised to accelerate its pace in 2018!

“我黄金光辉的人生”昨晚的全国电视观众收视率达到了42.8％，跟上星期日2017年12月24日（同日比较）比，上升了5.0％。跟上一集(星期六2017年1月6日)比较，上升了5.2％。这是基于韩国AGB尼尔森的电视观众收视率。
36集的全国电视观众收视率是平均32.6％。
占据了领先的位置和各故事情节的加速发展，特别是崔妈妈正确的推断徐智安是儿子离家出走的原因，“我黄金光辉的人生”在2018年的观众收视率有望加快上升！

Asked at KBS Drama Awards 2017, which is his wish at the beginning of the year 2018, Park SI Hoo answered , and this proves his concern for the success of his drama, :”A big hit for “My Golden Life” until the end of the drama.” So his wish is accomplishing from the first week of 2018 getting the highest rating , 42.8 %, the best from the beginning the drama was aired. CCONGRATULATIONS ‘MY GOLDEN LIFE”!
The two weeks of the break have been beneficial for My Golden Life. After a (normal) decline in ratings around Christmas, it’s booming again, restoring its place between 40-50%. The await, and end-of-year events, the two special episodes, and especially the extraordinary night of the KBS Awards, have increased the curiosity and desire of the viewers to get involved, eventually increasing spectacularly their number. From now on, we’re aiming for a rating of over 40% also for Saturday’s episodes.
