Because we can steer ourselves in any directions we choose. We are on our own. We know what we know. We are the one who’ll decide where to go!. And Do Kyung has decided to be independent. “I shall live on my own” he tells his parents, thinking this is his best decision. He has realized that the circumstances surrounding his birth are not as important as the opportunity to live life on his own. Born with the silver spoon,nurtured with strict priciples to do only to please his family, the more his family got control on him, the more he was hurt, manipulated, ignored about his onw desires, the more he lost his independence. When he had the courage to opose a prearranged marriage with a woman he couldn’t love , he has been dissmissed as a vice-president of the company, his pride being trampled without mercy.A shock for him and so he decided to resign from his family’s company, and live by his own,From now on he will try to live his life making his own happiness, choosing to do what he wants, living on his own rules. Although it will be a great challenge for him, he will not waste his time to defend or explain his family his decision to live life on his own , on his unique way, that he is very proud of , that he will try to be happy with the person he loves. His motto will be:”My life! My choices! My problems! My love! My mistakes are my own problems and I’ll take the resposibility for all of them” Sometimes life is about risking everything for a dream no one can see, but you!
