It is that time of the year when we harvest what we sow. Yes, today is the Mid-Autumn Festival or as the Koreans call it Chuseok.
In Korea, families will travel far and wide to go home to pay respects to their ancestors and to have a bountiful celebration with their loved ones. Together, they will feast on the traditional delicacies like the Songpyeon 송편 half moon rice cakes and toast the harvest with Gabaeju 가배주 which is a liquor drank during Chuseok.
