Park Sihoo-ssi fans will know that our favorite man is an exercise buff. He would do some form of exercise every day as part of his routine. Gym is a regular but he also has his swimming gear with him in case he suddenly feels like going for a dip. These were what he revealed during his “talk” at the Tokyo Odaiba “Sky and Sea” Talk Concert and Premium Live events in October 2016.
One more thing he revealed was that he loves his walks. Again, this is something he does daily after his late evening meal. He takes long walks of around 15 km daily, dragging his brother and mother with him. They also needed to exercise, he said. And I can see the improvement in his brother’s physique the last few times I saw him! Kekeke! Well done, Park Wooho-ssi!
Other than walking for exercise and just for the pure pleasure of enjoying the great outdoors, I wonder if these are also inspired walks for Park Sihoo-ssi. I am inclined to think yes!
Walks, especially when they are out in natural surroundings, in open spaces and far from the maddening crowd, can be refreshing, clear the mind and help one reflect. For me, I get a lot of fresh ideas and inspiration when I go for walks to let lose all my stress and frustrations. But unfortunately, I don’t have the luxury of space, unless I take time to travel to the outskirts of the city. Park Sihoo-ssi is lucky as Seoul has a lot to offer in terms of greenery and waterways, right in the heart of the city. And our man has it all where he lives and works! So taking inspired walks will be a breeze! Many places, any time!
No excuses for slack…and to keep inspirations flowing! 🙂

启发灵感的散步
施厚君的厚粉们都会知道我们最喜爱的男神喜欢锻炼身体。运动已经成为了他日常生活的一部分。去健身房是常规,身上也拖带着泳装,随时想去游泳都可以。这些是在2016年10月在日本台场“海空”演唱会谈话中他透露的信息。
他透露的另一件事是他喜欢散步。这是晚饭后每天必要做之事,走大约15公里。他也经常会拖着弟弟和妈妈一起,因为他觉得他们也需要锻炼身体。看他弟弟宇浩君最近的身体有所改善,真的健康瘦了好多!加油哦! 😄
除了步行锻炼,享受户外乐趣和美景,我也想知道散步可否也给施厚君带来灵感。
步行,特别是在自然环境和开放空间中,离开拥挤的人群,可以令人耳目一新,清除心灵的忧虑,帮助思考。对我来说,当我散步,放下所有的压力和烦恼时,经常可以有许多新鲜的想法和灵感。但不幸的是,在我所住的城市里,地是非常宝贵的,很难找到开放空间,除非特别找时间去郊区。施厚君很幸运,首尔市内就有很多绿地和水路,一切都在他所住和工作的范围内!所以要散布取得灵感是轻而易举的!随时,随地!
没有借口松弛,一定要保持灵感的流动! 😄

相信施厚在散步的時候,應該可以放鬆心情,好好思考一下,面對美麗的大自然,相信他能夠有更多獨特和嶄新的靈感。希望散步對他的人生和事業方向,能增加更多啟發。期待男神給予我們更多好消息!
哈哈,我也喜歡散步,無論是郊外,街頭,市集或是百貨公司,最高紀錄是徒步走了6個多小時,,,有能一起散步的同伴很棒,尤其是家人,真羨慕厚能和家人一起散步閒聊家常

Hahaha, walkie walkie, the simplest form of exercise any man not disabled, could do. Walking produces endorphins that makes us feel better, not just the flexing of muscles and get the blood flowing. As Nance said, most of all, walking clears the mind too. Yesterday my facebook reminded me of a video of my dog exactly a year ago, dog was furiously barking at someone coming into our yard. Then I utter the word let’s go walkie, and I could see dog instantly turned his head looking at me upon the walkie word. So yes, take your mother your brother to walkies Sihoossi, perhaps Jami and Dami too need to start walkie with you, why not?
Walking is my favourite form of exercise over the years and the fact that Sihoo – ssi encourages it and definitely walks the talk resonates very well with me. Well I did 18,788 steps yesterday and will do more or less the same for the rest of the month till I get back to the grind in office!
可能大家都有这样的体会,我也是,很多想法和好的文句会在步行时在脑海里闪现,不过经常会很快遗忘,常让我懊恼不已。施厚一定也是吧,在步行时有很多灵感闪现,甚至觉得厚弟与其一起步行是必定的,长长的15公里一个人走太寂寞了^^。有一次也想起过类似的问题,常说厚厚是一个聪慧的人,但也是日程安排得满满的大忙人,如何经营他的厚工厂呢?虽说有厚弟打理日常事务,但我以为大方向一定是厚厚在把控,很多思想就来自他的散步时间吧,厚弟在身边的话,即刻就可以讨论,不致遗忘。哈哈~发散性思维真是了得,想的太多了^^
Walking in natural surrounding ,as Nance says, clears mind and helps us thinking. As Chai Hua says, walking, producing endorphins. makes us feel better and is good for blood flowing. As Dorothy says, this is her favourite form of exercises for her body. As I say, walking strengthen your heart, reduces the risk of a heart disease or stroke. And if , unfortunately, you already have a heart disease, as I have, a 30-minute walk everyday is compulsory and required by doctor to control heart insufficiency. That’s why I do everyday a 30-minute walk in my garden. I take walking as a pleasure, as while walking I’m listening PSH’s songs sung by himself, and also I take it to to keep my health good. PSH is an example for walking everyday, and also urging his mother and brother, as he says, to walk. As it’s very easy to do this , requiring nothing but a pair of tennis shoes, but having tremedous mental and physical benefits. PSH is also using his Instagram and Twitter to stimulate his fans to walk to improve their health. Morning walking, or evening walking, walking through a forest in the mountain, or in a park , he thinks this as the best way to improve or maintain overall health and also inspiration. As Fr. Nietzsche said;”All truly great thoughts are conceived while walking.’
